Dear friend

My name is Pamela Moo. I am a 67 year-old Karen refugee and have been a
volunteer at Burma Campaign UK for over 6 years. On Saturday March 15th I?m
going to skydive for Burma! I will jump from a plane 2 miles up to raise
funds for the campaign for human rights and democracy in Burma.

Please sponsor me here. <https://my.give.net/burmaskydive2014PamelaMoo>

In 1988 I was a nurse in a hospital in Rangoon and treated injured students
shot by the army. I left Burma in 2003 to look after my very sick mother,
who left Burma and came to work as a nanny in 1959 in the UK. After she
died, the situation in Burma was awful, when the monks came onto the streets
during the Saffron revolution. I couldn?t go home so I claimed political
asylum.

Every week as I volunteer, I am inspired by the fantastic work that Burma
Campaign UK does, bringing freedom closer for people in Burma. BCUK works
for and supports human rights for all people across Burma not just my own
ethnic group. They work for equality, rights and self-determination for
all.

On Saturday March 15th I will jump from a plane 2 miles up to raise funds so
that we can campaign for human rights in Burma.

Please sponsor me here: <https://my.give.net/burmaskydive2014PamelaMoo>

We cannot help people in Burma without your help.

Thank you so much.

Auntie Pamela
